The four criteria
Each provider is scored from 1 to 5 on four criteria. The overall score is the simple average, rounded to one decimal.
- Billing clarity
- Are fees, renewals, and cancellation terms stated plainly before checkout?
- Clinician access
- How quickly can patients reach a licensed clinician when they need one?
- Follow-up support
- Is there structured follow-up for dose changes, side effects, and progress?
- Medication information
- Are medication options, sourcing, and costs explained clearly?
