BUD is the beyond-use date: how long the medication is good for after it is compounded. Totals include the provider fee and medication. A dash under 1 month means the source lists no monthly option.means the sources disagree. See Red flags & conflicts below.

Hallandale · Higher dose · 3-month plan · $499
The site showed $399 for Hallandale in one place and $499 in another, and checkout charged $499. I texted support and got an answer the next business day: the $499 quarterly price is the current one. The service itself has been fine, but I'd like to see one clear price up front.

Thanks for flagging this. We've updated the options table so it matches the pricing page. Reply to your support thread if anything on your order looks off.
Southend · Starter · 3-month plan · $469
I picked Southend because it was the cheapest option for my state. It took 6 business days to arrive, a little longer than the 3–5 they quote. The vial label showed a 3-month beyond-use date, which matched the listing. Support only answers on weekdays, so a weekend question waited until Monday.
Drug Crafters · Starter · 3-month plan · $299
I signed up through the Reddit post and was charged exactly $299 for the 3-month starter plan, with no extra fees at checkout. Approval took about a day and a half. The box came 4 business days later with the ice packs still cold and all supplies included.
Nova · Higher dose · Monthly plan · $349
My first order was fine, but the refill didn't ship until I emailed twice. It arrived four days after I expected it. When it did come, the order was correct and the price matched what I was quoted.
Hallandale · Starter · 6-month plan · $899
Everything arrived on time and the clinician answered my messages within a day. I just didn't realize the plan I chose was billed for six months up front until the charge came through.
